How to convert APE/ FLAC to MP3
Have you ever spent the time obtaining an album or concert that you sought after, only to find out that the files are all in FLAC format? FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec, a leading compression technique that preserves original audio quality while reducing file size. The FLAC format reduces the original file size by roughly 30-60% with no loss of quality, hence FLAC is a lossless format. FLAC is cross platform, unlike APE. APE is Monkey's Audio Lossless Audio Compression Format. The APE file format can give about 50% compression without loss in quality. Now you want to convert the FLAC files to MP3. MP3 files are very popular and are supported by pretty much all media players. They are also much smaller in size, allowing more music to be stored on a computer or MP3 player.
Follow the steps below to convert APE/ FLAC files to MP3.
