How to convert 3GP/ AWB (AMR-WB)/ AMR to MP3

http://www.softe.net/tutorials/amr-mp3.php

3GP is a file format which is used in mobile phones to store media (audio/ video). This file format is a simpler version of "ISO 14496-1 Media Format". Audio is stored in AMR-NB or AAC-LC formats.

The Adaptive Multi-Rate (AMR) standard is a speech coding algorithm that operates on narrowband signals (~200 to 3400 Hz) at variable bit rates in the range of of 4.75 to 12.2 kbps. This technology was initially developed for the GSM system and later adopted by the 3GPP as the mandatory codec for 3G wireless systems based on evolved GSM core networks (WCDMA, EDGE, GPRS). AWB stands for Adaptive Multi-Rate Wideband ACELP speech codec.

When you recorded videos/ voices in 3GP/ AMR format on your 3G mobile phone, or on your Voice Recording Pen, you probably want them to be converted to popular MP3 files.
